5 Dolla Update

Hello everyone!

I'm happy to announce a update to Transcriber.

This update is specifically to the guy who donated 5 dollars.

I hope that this update serves you well and you enjoy it and a big thank you to the person who included my program in a collection of tools.

With this update I've included a new feature that will allow you to select the time in the audio you upload within a interactive text display.

And also you can now use GGUF models to summarize your text from audio files! The prompt is modifiable so if you don'd like the performance feel free to modify it! any GGUF model will work and like before the whisper models are still interchangeable. 

You can now also split up the text using the "Cut Audio" button. This will chop up the audio based on the words said. 

The program is now even smaller!
